Teams at The Rise Collective

Serve as primary owner contact for a portfolio of luxury short-term rentals, focusing on owner relationships, listing health, revenue performance, onboarding, statements, guest feedback, refund decisions, and pursuing damage claims. Collaborate with Property Managers, Pricing, and Communications teams and travel regionally (~25%) as needed.

Recruit candidates across Rise Collective brands in LATAM using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS (Pinpoint), and social media. Source, screen, interview, and evaluate applicants; create job descriptions and kick-off docs; maintain ATS tagging and talent pools; draft offers and track KPIs. Receive 1:1 mentorship and training to refine screening and interview skills.

Source, screen, and evaluate candidates across roles using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS (Pinpoint), social channels and outbound outreach. Conduct in-depth interviews, review resumes/projects, maintain talent pools and ATS tagging, draft offer letters, track KPIs, and support hiring admin and reporting. Receive daily mentorship and training to improve screening and discernment.
