Supports marketing managers across campaigns, social media, SEO, email and SMS, website updates, partnerships, reporting, and marketing operations. Coordinates timelines, deliverables, content calendars, campaign assets, KPI trackers, dashboards, and documentation. Monitors performance trends, conducts competitive research, assists with quality assurance, maintains SOPs, and identifies process and optimization opportunities across hospitality, real estate, and service-based brands.

Own end-to-end HubSpot implementation and optimization, including CRM architecture, pipelines, properties, workflows, automation, data migration, integrations, reporting, testing, documentation, training, and change management. Partner with stakeholders to map processes, improve data quality, eliminate manual work, and build scalable sales, marketing, and operational systems. Continuously audit and enhance HubSpot to support business growth and revenue operations.

Own marketing automation across approximately 8–10 client accounts using GoHighLevel and HubSpot. Build and maintain CRM pipelines, workflows, forms, funnels, email and SMS sequences, appointment flows, and ManyChat automations. Connect platforms through Zapier, troubleshoot integration failures, perform end-to-end QA, conduct account health checks, and document systems. The role requires independent problem-solving, strong systems thinking, clear written communication, and full-time availability during Pacific Time business hours.
