Plans and facilitates social, recreational, and purposeful activities for senior residents. Builds supportive relationships, monitors wellness, assists with individualized care plans, provides group transportation, and supports the residence store. Maintains a safe, organized environment while accommodating residents’ mobility, memory, and sensory needs. Requires communication, organization, teamwork, flexibility, and the ability to work weekends and holidays.
