Develop and implement digital marketing and communications strategies across WordPress, email, social media, online forms, and other digital platforms. Create newsletters, social media content, landing pages, forms, and web materials; collaborate with community engagement and program teams to support fundraising and communicate organizational stories. The role requires strong writing, storytelling, creativity, digital literacy, organization, and attention to detail.

Manage an assigned donor/partner portfolio: identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward relationships; coordinate with staff, board members, and volunteers; support comprehensive campaign and development plans; attend events and meetings; track and report donor activity in donor management software; perform related duties and local travel to TRM sites and community partners.
