Process accounts payable and payroll tasks, prepare AP/payroll reports (W-2s, 1099s, 403(b)), maintain payroll records, reconcile payroll to the general ledger, and support office operations while handling confidential information.

Receive, sort, presort, price, and process donated goods for resale; assist donors; maintain clean, organized processing areas; meet daily production goals; research pricing; communicate with manager and team; perform physical warehouse duties per quality standards.
