Provide program information and referrals to patients, families, and professionals; perform outreach and follow-up to support patient entry to treatment; collect and enter patient demographics, symptom and insurance data; meet departmental intake metrics; conduct tours and explain assessment/insurance/referral processes; maintain professionalism and appropriate communication.

Pursue and recover insurance reimbursements, manage complex AR and denied claims, navigate appeals/authorizations/underpayments, build payor relationships, escalate claims, prepare billing/appeals, collaborate with clinical teams, and reduce aging receivables.

The Clinical Assessor conducts biopsychosocial assessments, collaborates with providers, maintains documentation, and supports the treatment team for patients with eating disorders.
