Provide comprehensive ambulatory and continuity-of-care medical services as a Family Practice/Internal Medicine/Adult Physician. Collaborate with the CMO on clinical standards, develop policies and referrals, oversee patient diagnosis, treatment, counseling, and delegate tasks to clinical staff. Support inpatient follow-up and participate in public health initiatives and other assigned duties.
