Oversee all salon and hair‑school education programs: schedule Davines education, manage kits/inventory, interview students and applicants, lead and train teachers, run weekly education meetings, teach classes (including SPP after training), develop annual education calendar, coordinate with Creative Director and admin for scheduling and onboarding.

Oversee all salon locations via Salon Managers to maintain customer service, drive staff development, and achieve performance goals. Manage inventory processes, scheduling, meetings, reviews, onboarding tasks, and emergency support. Coordinate promotions, backbar orders, and company events while collaborating with Operations and Education leadership.

26-week, 520-hour Basic Hair Design program preparing students for entry-level hairstylist roles. Small cohorts (6–10) taught by industry stylists, with theory then technical training. Runs Sept 15–March 19 (Tue–Fri, 10am–3pm). Admissions require interview, resume, contract, $200 registration fee; international applicants must show English proficiency. Tuition and kit fees apply.
