Supports the diagnostics, maintenance, repair, and deployment of remote and autonomous mining systems. Responsibilities include troubleshooting electrical and control issues, maintaining OT networks and remote plant, completing service documentation, conducting safety inspections, managing workplace risks, and supporting field-based operations. The role requires mining or heavy-industry experience with autonomous systems, strong fault-finding skills, electrical schematic interpretation, IP networking knowledge, and familiarity with electrical, electronic, and control systems.

Leads global IT projects from planning through completion, managing scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, stakeholders, contractors, and quality controls. Oversees software and hardware implementations, requirements gathering, business analysis, reporting, change management, and issue resolution. Develops project plans and communications, supports IT service-management workstreams, and ensures projects align with business objectives, governance, and internal controls.

Supports planning, design, deployment, testing, and improvement of business applications and systems. Gathers requirements, analyzes system effectiveness, develops BI reports, maintains Oracle BI and Power BI solutions, optimizes queries, investigates issues, and recommends scalable improvements. Collaborates with project teams, conducts cost-benefit analyses, supports implementations and upgrades, manages change processes, and trains end users. The role requires experience with Oracle Fusion HCM and related enterprise applications, reporting and data model development, database analysis, and software implementation support.
