Leads and develops a team of Solution Engineers supporting specialty sales. Partners with sales teams to design and present datacenter solutions across data protection, storage, compute, virtualization, and networking. Provides technical escalation support, manages solution scoping and delivery handoffs, builds reference architectures and demos, tracks sales metrics, and collaborates across technical practices on complex infrastructure opportunities.

Owns and grows a Southwest-region customer portfolio through net-new business development and account expansion, specializing in Palo Alto Networks cybersecurity solutions. Builds executive relationships, develops territory strategy, leads opportunities from discovery through close, coordinates with engineering, services, partners, and Palo Alto Networks teams, and maintains pipeline forecasting in Salesforce. This remote, field-based role requires approximately 20% domestic travel, strong consultative selling skills, and demonstrated enterprise or mid-market technology sales experience.

Leads the internal IT function and team across strategy, identity, endpoints, networking, collaboration, cloud infrastructure, service management, AI governance, security operations, budgets, vendors, and compliance. Builds scalable technology roadmaps, manages Microsoft 365 and endpoint environments, improves employee experience, oversees business continuity, and partners with executive leadership, Security, Engineering, Finance, and HR.
