Video Editor Intern will edit television and digital footage into engaging videos for YouTube and social platforms. Responsibilities include shaping narrative flow, optimizing pacing and hooks, applying visual and audio enhancements, creating talent-show compilations, organizing media assets, and supporting timely deliveries. The intern will analyze YouTube performance metrics such as retention, CTR, and AVD while learning professional post-production workflows, Adobe Creative Suite tools, and media asset management in a collaborative, in-person setting.

Prepare television episodes for YouTube and media asset management by downloading and uploading files, cataloging content, leveling audio tracks, creating subclips, and organizing video assets. The editor must handle approximately 12 episodes daily, adapt quickly, collaborate during U.S. business hours, and maintain strong organizational and data-entry accuracy. Adobe Premiere experience and fluent English are required; sound design experience is preferred.
