Runs a Portland wine wholesale and private-storage facility, overseeing warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, receiving, fulfillment, shipping, regulatory records, billing, systems, staffing, customer service, and facility performance. Leads 5–10 direct reports, establishes operating standards, manages costs and service metrics, and builds both operations from the ground up. The role is fully on-site and requires hands-on leadership, data-driven root-cause analysis, and accountability for licensed distribution and private client storage.
