Works under pharmacist supervision to support retail pharmacy operations, including prescription preparation and dispensing, patient consultations, medication therapy management, immunizations, testing, inventory management, compliance, customer service, and pharmacy performance initiatives. The intern also assists with workflow optimization, adherence programs, sales objectives, and continuous quality improvement while completing required training and maintaining professional standards.

The Staff Pharmacist supports pharmacy operations, processes prescriptions, counsels patients, monitors therapeutic outcomes, administers immunizations, and helps ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies. The role also supports customer service, pharmacy efficiency, communication with store staff, and patient-centered care. Candidates must hold a pharmacy degree, a state pharmacist license, and required immunization certification.
