Leads the Nigeria-based transnational education partnership between the University of Birmingham and University of Lagos. Responsibilities include project governance, academic operations, quality assurance, compliance, stakeholder management, student support, recruitment coordination, reporting, risk resolution, and team and resource management. The role ensures effective delivery across the academic cycle, maintains accurate records and controls, supports student experience improvements, and coordinates communication among university, partner, regulatory, and external stakeholders.

Lead the operational delivery and continuous improvement of Group FP&A: manage budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, consolidation, management reporting, governance, templates and data frameworks. Drive standardisation, quality assurance and systems improvements, partner with Finance Business Partners, and enable timely, accurate Group reporting and decision-support.

Supports student recruitment across South Asia through lead generation, student engagement, application conversion, recruitment events, webinars, social media activities, and agent partnerships. The role provides admissions and visa information, follows up with prospective students, tracks interactions in a CRM, maintains contact records, prepares performance reports, and contributes to application and enrolment targets. Regular travel across India and occasional international travel are required.
