Coordinates logistics for customer-critical products, including transportation, storage, shipping, supplier communications, product verification, service-provider performance, records, billing, and invoice approvals. Supports the Program Manager with account management, stakeholder communication, resource planning, market share, revenue, profitability, and service upselling. Requires strong logistics knowledge, Excel skills, communication, accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.

Supports heavy-lift, rigging, and transport engineering through field training, rigging calculations, equipment layouts, CAD drawings, site walks, scope planning, and safety optimization. Assists engineering, sales, project management, and field teams with tool development, design, testing, and customer solutions. Requires physical work, travel, long hours as needed, and development of knowledge in crane equipment, load charts, safety standards, and engineering software.

Assists Project Managers with planning, scheduling, budgeting, contracting, risk management, quality control, customer coordination, and field execution for industrial lifting, rigging, and relocation projects. Coordinates personnel, crews, equipment, vendors, suppliers, and contractors; monitors project status, scope changes, costs, safety, and critical-path schedules. Supports site visits, proposals, contract reviews, and required technical and regulatory training. Travel and field leadership management are required.
