Engage dealership customers throughout the vehicle purchase process, including greeting, vehicle presentations, demonstrations, test drives, leasing explanations, online and phone inquiries, CRM and DMS documentation, delivery coordination, and follow-up. Support sales and finance managers, maintain customer satisfaction and compliance standards, and assist with vehicle readiness, merchandising, movement, cleaning, and showroom operations.

Sell new and used vehicles by understanding customer needs, demonstrating products, explaining features and options, overcoming objections, and following up to generate referrals. The role requires strong communication, product knowledge, a professional appearance, flexible availability including weekends, and a clean driving record. Employees must also complete background checks and drug screening.
