Stock and remove soiled linens and towels, organize guest room closets, collect beach/cabana towels, report unsafe conditions, and maintain friendly guest-facing demeanor while following uniform and timekeeping policies.

Oversee dock operations, supervise and train Dock Hands, manage moorings, fees, inventory, and water sports programming. Ensure safety, equipment maintenance, guest service, and accurate transaction and incident reporting to hotel management.
