Teams at The Premier League

Coordinate planning, logistics and day-to-day management of on-screen talent across Premier League Studios productions. Manage travel, visas, call sheets, wardrobe, budgets, Xytech tracking, liaise with agents, book makeup, support studio and onsite broadcasts, and troubleshoot talent-related issues.

Provide high-level administrative support to six Directors and secondary support to the Executive Assistant to the MD. Manage complex diaries, coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare high-quality presentations, arrange travel and expenses, support hospitality and events, monitor actions and deadlines, and build strong stakeholder relationships while contributing proactively to team initiatives.

Provide executive support to three Directors and secondary support to the EA to the Chief Media Officer. Manage complex diaries, international travel and visas, inboxes, club meetings, board report inputs, events, and stakeholder communications; support departmental projects and guest logistics while maintaining confidentiality and high stakeholder engagement.
