The role interprets briefs, develops platform-appropriate content, builds motion templates, supports live and matchday publishing, and collaborates with producers, editors, and senior creatives. It requires strong design judgment, awareness of social trends and audience performance, adaptability in a fast-paced editorial environment, and a proactive willingness to learn and improve.

Supports delivery and development of the Premier League and PFA Players’ Fund across England and Wales. Responsibilities include grant management, stakeholder engagement, performance monitoring, data and evidence review, quality assurance, safeguarding, inclusive programme delivery, events, workshops, and sharing best practices across football club charities and community partners.

Supports delivery and development of the Premier League Primary Stars programme across England and Wales. Responsibilities include coordinating club charities and partners, monitoring funded programme performance, reviewing data and outcomes, supporting quality assurance, funding assessments, safeguarding, digital resources, training, events and continuous improvement. The role also contributes to stakeholder engagement, evidence-led practice, inclusive delivery and impact reporting.
