Prepares, portions, and serves meals; assembles trays and delivers meal carts; manages food and floor supplies; cleans and sanitizes dishes, utensils, equipment, and work areas; disposes of refuse according to policy; and supports safe, timely meal service for residents.

Coordinates resident assessments, MDS data submission, care plan updates, regulatory compliance, documentation review, interdisciplinary meetings, quality reporting, and ancillary data collection. The role requires a current nursing license, geriatric nursing experience, strong assessment and documentation skills, knowledge of nursing home regulations, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Provides direct nursing care to residents, administers medications and treatments, implements care plans, documents assessments, transcribes physician orders, and coordinates shift communication. Leads and educates Nurse Aides, supports infection control and safety procedures, responds to emergencies, and addresses staffing needs. Requires an RN or LVN license in good standing, strong assessment and documentation skills, effective communication, organization, and reliability.
