Temporary Accounting Assistant supporting accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoice and payment entry, reconciliations, discrepancy research, recordkeeping, month-end tasks, and accounting system maintenance. The role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, organization, communication, and at least two years of related accounting or bookkeeping experience.

Maintain accurate ERP master data for products, materials, customers, vendors, and growing information. Investigate discrepancies, coordinate corrections, document processes, support data cleanup and system changes, and improve data quality across Operations, Production, Finance, Sales, and Purchasing. The role requires advanced Excel skills, strong attention to detail, cross-functional communication, and two to four years of ERP data or large-dataset experience.
