Oversee nursing services in the DON's absence; plan and deliver staff education and in-service training; recruit, hire, train, assign, and direct nursing staff; assist with vaccinations and drug test interpretation; track training and certification compliance; perform other assigned duties to ensure resident care and regulatory compliance.
