Maintain a clean, sanitized kitchen and back-of-house; operate and maintain dishwashing and kitchen equipment; hire/train and schedule dishwashers; receive and verify deliveries, rotate stock (FIFO), manage inventory and purchasing invoices; support banquet and buffet setup; follow health and safety protocols and perform physical tasks up to 50 lbs.
