Provide responsive personal lines insurance support as primary client contact: manage policy changes, billing and coverage questions, quote new business, review endorsements, perform remarketing, support claims and maintain client records to drive retention and enable advisors to focus on strategic growth.

Manage personal lines client accounts including policy changes, renewals, billing, and claims support. Conduct annual reviews, recommend coverage solutions, coordinate with producers and carriers, maintain account documentation, and drive client retention and referrals. Support two producers and deliver proactive, high-quality service using agency systems and rating tools.

Serve as primary relationship manager for a book of Arizona small-group benefits clients (<50 lives). Coordinate renewals, prepare analyses and client materials, resolve claims/billing/compliance issues, partner with producers and carriers, maintain accurate records, and deliver timely, organized client service to support retention.
