Lead and manage mortgage relationship managers to drive mortgage and consumer loan growth, approve loans within delegated authority, build referral networks, collaborate with product and secondary market partners, and ensure strong borrower experience while supporting cross-sell of deposit products.

Provide loan production and portfolio support for consumer and mortgage teams: manage loan data in nCino/Encompass, collect and organize documentation, assist underwriting and closings, support deposit onboarding, document CRM interactions, perform client outreach, and coordinate third-party services to ensure smooth loan processing and client service.
