Teams at The Overlake School

Provides interim day-to-day leadership for a school’s experiential education program, overseeing retreats, project weeks, outdoor education, service learning, field trips, and travel experiences. Coordinates timelines, staffing, transportation, vendors, communications, and faculty support while integrating experiential learning with schoolwide educational goals. Builds team stability, documents processes, assesses program effectiveness, and implements thoughtful improvements. Requires collaboration, sound judgment, strong organization, and participation in overnight, outdoor, travel, and weekend programming.

Provide high-impact executive support to the Head of School: manage a complex calendar, prepare briefings, coordinate strategic initiatives and Board governance, maintain confidential records, design digital systems and dashboards, support inclusion work, staff major events, and improve workflows using Microsoft 365, databases, and emerging AI tools.
