Teams at The Overlake School

Leads the school’s experiential education department and oversees outdoor education, retreats, service learning, field studies, and Project Week for grades 5–12. Manages program strategy, logistics, travel, budgets, vendors, safety, communications, curriculum integration, and stakeholder coordination. Supervises and develops staff, leads 10–15 outdoor or service trips annually, and participates in overnight, weekend, and travel-based programming while ensuring student-centered and inclusive experiences.
