The Accountant maintains financial records, reconciles transactions, manages accounts payable and receivable, supports month-end close, prepares financial statements, tracks multi-entity and franchise activity, and assists with budgeting and forecasting. The role also identifies discrepancies, improves accounting processes, maintains audit-ready documentation, and ensures accurate reporting across multiple locations and business entities.

Leads operational performance, revenue growth, culture, and client experience across eight locations. Coaches Store Managers, develops leadership pipelines, oversees hiring and staffing strategy, ensures brand and service standards, monitors budgets and payroll compliance, analyzes store performance, resolves client concerns, and coordinates facility and equipment needs. The role requires frequent travel between assigned stores and hands-on in-store observations.
