The FP&A Manager will support budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, performance analysis, cashflow forecasting, KPI reporting, and commercial decision-making. Responsibilities include developing financial models, partnering with service line leaders, analysing profitability and resource efficiency, supporting board and investor reporting, and evaluating scenarios, business cases, and acquisitions. The role requires strong Excel, financial modelling, communication, commercial insight, and stakeholder management skills.

Manage proposals and pitches from opportunity through submission and follow-up, coordinating content, deadlines, stakeholders, presentations, templates, and performance tracking. Support the Group-wide commercial enablement programme by coordinating training, initiatives, resources, communications, action plans, and progress measurement. The role also includes managing and developing a small team, supporting pipeline growth, and working with senior and client-facing stakeholders.
