Prepare and review accounts and tax work for farming, landed estate, and rural business clients. Build trusted client relationships, deliver accurate work, identify value-adding opportunities, manage workloads, and support or coach junior team members while contributing to the Rural team’s growth and service quality.

Lead corporate tax compliance and advisory work, review tax computations, manage client relationships, advise businesses on tax strategy, oversee multiple client engagements, and mentor junior team members. The role requires CTA qualification or near completion, corporate tax experience, and a strong combination of advisory and compliance expertise.

Graduate trainee accountants will prepare accounts and tax returns, work with financial information, support client assignments, and develop accountancy, tax, business, and client relationship skills. The role combines practical experience with study toward the ACA qualification. Candidates should be curious, organized, numerate, communicative, determined, willing to learn, and ready to take increasing responsibility. Previous accountancy experience is not required.
