Provides first-level onsite and remote IT support, troubleshooting desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, peripherals, and Microsoft 365 applications. Manages basic networking tasks, user accounts and permissions in Active Directory, backups, server health monitoring, and equipment installation. Coordinates with vendors, documents resolutions, and escalates complex issues. The role requires travel between facilities and vendors, equipment handling, and customer-focused communication, with opportunities to advance into networking and security operations.
