Prepare, portion, assemble, and deliver meals; sanitize dishes and equipment; manage and rotate food and floor supplies; dispose of refuse; follow standardized recipes and food-safety procedures; support timely meal service and resident satisfaction.

Provide non-clinical resident support: assist nursing with tasks (bed-making, supplies, call lights), prepare and deliver meals, assist with laundry, maintain cleanliness, encourage activity participation, observe and report safety or care concerns, and follow safety and compliance policies.

Support HR operations by processing new hires, pay changes, and terminations; assist with recruitment; manage payroll inquiries and personnel records; advise on policies and compliance; coordinate recognition programs and HR reporting; perform general HR administrative tasks.
