Manage operations for the InSight Program, including inventory planning, stock reconciliation, logistics, vendor coordination, field-team support, and operational reporting. Develop SOPs, improve workflows, track KPIs, maintain dashboards, coordinate procurement and deliveries, resolve operational issues, support audits, and provide insights to program leadership. The role requires strong execution, documentation, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with travel to project locations as needed.

Lead implementation and outcomes for an economic inclusion and livelihood program serving vulnerable rural households. Manage district and block teams, establish onboarding and monitoring systems, oversee budgets, support research and program design, coordinate government convergence, use data for continuous improvement, and build relationships with state officials and departments. The role requires extensive field travel and collaboration with government and community stakeholders to scale poverty-alleviation initiatives.

Leads strategic fundraising solutioning by identifying institutional funding opportunities, matching donor priorities with programs, and developing evidence-based proposals, budgets, and partnership materials. Supports donor meetings, due diligence, negotiations, and deal execution while coordinating cross-functional teams. Builds and mentors a pre-sales team, manages fundraising workflows and pipelines, strengthens CRM and knowledge-management processes, and improves proposal quality and delivery efficiency.
