Supports the State Project Management Unit in implementing a rural vision-screening and reading-glasses distribution program. Responsibilities include coordinating with government and district teams, tracking activities, supporting training and meetings, documenting field work, collecting and verifying data, preparing basic reports, maintaining records, and assisting with stakeholder visits. The role offers hands-on exposure to rural development, government partnerships, community-led implementation, monitoring, and field operations.

Lead The/Nudge’s philanthropic fundraising efforts in Texas by building relationships with HNI and UHNI donors, opening and closing opportunities, developing supporter pipelines, achieving annual fundraising goals, creating donor-aligned proposals with cross-functional teams, and representing the organization at ecosystem events. The role requires frequent travel within and outside India and strong, persuasive stakeholder engagement.

Lead implementation of the Economic Inclusion Program in partnership with Tripura Rural Livelihood Mission. Manage field teams, budgets, monitoring systems, capacity building, research, data-driven decision-making, stakeholder relationships, and convergence with government initiatives. Support strategy refinement, action research, program reviews, course correction, and scale-up to help vulnerable households achieve sustainable livelihoods. The role is based in Agartala and requires extensive travel and potential residence in designated field locations.
