Manages administrative, financial, leasing, marketing, and resident-service activities for an affordable housing community. Responsibilities include rent collection, Yardi data accuracy, resident file maintenance, lease renewals, apartment leasing, compliance monitoring, market analysis, resident events, property inspections, service coordination, and emergency or weekend coverage. The role supports the Community Manager, assists with team supervision and recruiting, and may provide coverage during the manager’s absence.

Manages multifamily housing development projects from initial pricing and scheduling through construction completion and handoff. Coordinates consultants, budgets, entitlements, permitting, compliance, financing applications, risk mitigation, financial closings, construction progress, change orders, and property management transitions. Partners with legal, construction, capital markets, consultants, housing agencies, and executive stakeholders to maintain project schedules, budgets, regulatory compliance, and reporting.

Supports daily operations of a low-income housing tax credit community, including rent collection, financial administration, resident recertifications, leasing, renewals, compliance, marketing, resident services, inspections, and team support. Assists the Community Manager and assumes management responsibilities during absences. The role requires customer service, accurate recordkeeping, property inspections, emergency and weekend availability, and knowledge of LIHTC, Fair Housing, and landlord-tenant requirements.
