Completes a structured 12-month property management leadership program covering apartment operations, leasing, marketing, resident relations, financial management, compliance, budgeting, analytics, and team leadership. The Manager in Training shadows community teams, supports resident issues and property processes, participates in inspections and market research, and develops readiness for future community leadership roles. Relocation may be required based on business needs and placement opportunities.

Manages daily operations of a multifamily apartment community, including financial performance, budgeting, leasing, rent collection, compliance, vendor oversight, maintenance coordination, resident services, marketing, and team development. Ensures budgeted NOI, accurate Yardi records, regulatory compliance, property upkeep, resident retention, and excellent customer service. Supervises and develops staff, handles emergencies and resident matters, and may support other properties.

Audits affordable and market-rate housing files, tracks syndicator and state-agency deadlines, reviews Yardi uploads, prepares Bond TIC submissions, conducts site visits, coordinates corrections, supports lease-up compliance, prepares reports, and communicates audit findings and training needs to compliance and property teams.
