Manage daily operations of a multifamily property: oversee financial performance and budgets, leasing and marketing, resident services and retention, maintenance and safety, team hiring/training, and regulatory compliance (Fair Housing, LIHTC). Serve as property representative and ensure excellent customer service while maximizing revenue and preserving assets.

The Make Ready Technician performs maintenance and housekeeping services to ensure quality apartments and curb appeal, responding to service requests as needed.

Lead strategy and execution for early talent programs (internships, Manager in Training, entry-level hires). Build campus and community pipelines, manage intern lifecycle and manager readiness, run rotations and cohort programs, track metrics (conversion, retention), and partner with business and HR leaders to continually improve candidate, new-hire, and leader experiences.
