Manages administrative, financial, leasing, marketing, compliance, resident service, and daily operational activities for an affordable housing community. Responsibilities include rent collection, Yardi data accuracy, tax-credit recertifications, resident files, leasing and renewals, market analysis, Fair Housing compliance, property inspections, service coordination, resident events, emergency coverage, and supporting staff supervision.
