The Community Manager oversees daily apartment operations, ensuring high customer service, managing finances, developing budgets, marketing properties, and supervising staff while fostering team development and resident satisfaction.

Assist the Project Manager with planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, contract administration, quality control, safety coordination, document control, and closeout for multifamily construction projects. Perform site visits, track costs and schedules, manage submittals/RFIs, support buyout and invoicing processes, and help resolve subcontractor disputes to ensure projects meet timeline, budget, and quality requirements.

Prepare and maintain books and records for multiple entities, perform account reconciliations, prepare monthly financial statements and external reporting packages, assist with cash management, forecasting, budgeting, audits, financial analysis, and process improvements.
