Manage financial aspects of development and construction projects including cash flow analysis, job cost tracking, funding/draw coordination, monthly reporting, budget variance identification, journal entries, and constructing detailed Excel models for project cash flows and partner distributions.

Support the Community Manager by handling leasing, rent collection, financial and administrative tasks, resident files, renewals, marketing analysis, customer service, property inspections, on-call coverage, team support, and assisting hiring and training. Ensure regulatory compliance (Fair Housing, LIHTC) and maintain property operations and resident satisfaction.

Manage daily operations of an apartment community, oversee financial performance and budgets, lead leasing and marketing efforts, ensure resident services and compliance (Fair Housing, LIHTC), supervise and develop on-site team, and coordinate maintenance, vendor work, and legal/delinquency processes.
