Manage the organization’s full HR function, including full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, employee records, compliance, policies, employee relations, benefits, payroll coordination, and culture initiatives. Partner with leadership on workforce planning and HR strategy while supporting training, wellness, retention, and process improvements. Serve as a department of one requiring independent execution, strong discretion, and knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
