Leads agency-wide staff development, organizational training, and curriculum design. Oversees evidence-informed, culturally responsive learning programs across virtual, in-person, and blended formats; supervises curriculum and training professionals; partners with organizational leaders on workforce needs; supports implementation through coaching and technical assistance; evaluates training effectiveness using feedback and performance data; and advances an inclusive learning culture.

Provides administrative and office support, including filing, phone calls, mail handling, supply management, room organization, research, report writing, training, video projects, and newsletter assembly. The role may involve community interaction, field work, travel between office locations, virtual and in-person meetings, and completing weekly assignments by deadline.
