Leads technical work in climate data science, transforming atmospheric, oceanographic, environmental, earth observation, geospatial, and time-series datasets into actionable tools and insights. Partners with communities, policymakers, businesses, researchers, and cross-sector organizations; develops climate risk models and related analyses; translates complex science for nontechnical audiences; and leads collaborative projects, researchers, and data teams.

Supports the CEO as a trusted executive partner by managing complex calendars, travel, meetings, communications, stakeholder relationships, board and donor engagements, events, follow-up actions, and confidential information. Coordinates cross-functional initiatives, prepares briefing materials and executive communications, tracks priorities, and handles urgent operational needs with discretion, sound judgment, and flexibility.

Design and build a bespoke web platform and backend database for submitting, reviewing, publishing, browsing and analyzing climate-tech content. Implement submission portal with large-file support, review routing workflow, roles/permissions, secure login, and search (tagging or AI-assisted). Deliver QA, ongoing light support, and recommendations with cost estimates for future development and maintenance.

Lead and build a comprehensive fundraising program: create and execute capital campaign and multi-year development strategy; personally manage transformational and principal gift portfolios; recruit and manage advancement staff; engage CEO, board, and partners in solicitations; oversee events, donor stewardship, policies, budgets, and data-driven fundraising infrastructure to scale philanthropic support for The Exchange.
