Lead and build a comprehensive fundraising program: create and execute capital campaign and multi-year development strategy; personally manage transformational and principal gift portfolios; recruit and manage advancement staff; engage CEO, board, and partners in solicitations; oversee events, donor stewardship, policies, budgets, and data-driven fundraising infrastructure to scale philanthropic support for The Exchange.
