Administers and scores psychological tests for neuropsychological, psychoeducational, and chronic pain evaluations. Documents evaluation completion, observes patient behavior, supports psychologists with result interpretation, maintains testing supplies and software, protects confidentiality, and performs related duties to support high-quality psychological services.

Schedule and manage patient, office, and diagnostic appointments; answer and route phone calls; handle portal appointment requests; enter patient demographics and insurance; update medical records; assist with clinic rescheduling, patient check-out, and department coverage.

Support, optimize, and implement EHR and clinical IT systems; train clinical and nonclinical staff; troubleshoot system issues; improve clinical workflows and documentation; ensure regulatory compliance and evaluate emerging technologies to improve care delivery.
