Support clinic accounting by preparing bank and general ledger reconciliations, monthly journal entries, and financial statements. Maintain fixed asset records and vendor files, assist with accounts payable processing and invoice review, and complete projects assigned by the Director of Accounting.

Schedule and manage patient, office, and diagnostic appointments; answer and route phone calls; handle portal appointment requests; enter patient demographics and insurance; update medical records; assist with clinic rescheduling, patient check-out, and department coverage.

Support, optimize, and implement EHR and clinical IT systems; train clinical and nonclinical staff; troubleshoot system issues; improve clinical workflows and documentation; ensure regulatory compliance and evaluate emerging technologies to improve care delivery.
