Manage the full-cycle, high-volume accounts payable process, including invoice and payment processing, ledger reconciliation, discrepancy resolution, vendor communication, reporting, policy compliance, internal controls, tax regulations, and month-end accrual support. The role also recommends workflow improvements and may mentor junior staff while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

Process high-volume vendor invoices and payments, maintain and reconcile accounts payable ledgers, audit vendor statements, research aged invoices, resolve billing discrepancies, and assist with warehouse-order billing and month-end accruals. The role collaborates with supply chain, customer service, and warehouse teams to address inventory and billing issues while ensuring accounting policy compliance and confidentiality.

Supervise pouch packaging personnel and manage shift-level production execution. Lead line start-ups, changeovers, shutdowns, machine operations, training, quality verification, food safety, sanitation, and waste reduction. Monitor production rates, downtime, scrap, giveaway, labor efficiency, and compliance. Coordinate production priorities with management and verify pouch machine settings, seal integrity, fill weights, and coding accuracy while supporting efficient, safe, and profitable operations.
