Manage civil litigation matters from intake through resolution or trial, including drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and appellate briefs. Conduct and defend depositions, represent clients in hearings, arbitrations, and mediations, and communicate directly with commercial clients, business owners, and individuals. The role requires New Mexico bar licensure or immediate eligibility, strong legal research and writing skills, and 3–8 years of civil litigation experience.
