The Chief Financial Officer leads financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, audits, treasury, tax, payroll, grants, compliance, and risk management. The role also oversees accounting and finance operations, improves systems and workflows, monitors financial and operational performance, and supports CARF accreditation. Reporting to the CEO, the CFO partners with executive leadership and the Board on strategic planning, resource allocation, controls, and long-term organizational sustainability.

Lead the 50 Mile March Foundation through organizational growth and strategic evolution. Responsibilities include implementing strategy, building scalable systems, developing staff and volunteers, fundraising and capital campaign leadership, financial stewardship, strengthening Veteran-serving partnerships, advancing the Community of Hope campus, overseeing the flagship march, representing the organization publicly, and partnering with the Board on governance and accountability.

Provide day-to-day administrative, financial, and logistical support for a half-time, volunteer-led family foundation. Manage records, grantmaking, budget tracking, vendor relations, and two annual meetings. Coordinate with Board, committees, members, and outside advisors; maintain financial controls, compliance, and member communications. Work independently, handle sensitive information discreetly, and support technology and records modernization.
