Lead launch and growth of Friends of the Children-San Diego: build staff and board culture, secure major fundraising and diversified revenue, cultivate community partnerships, ensure program fidelity and quality outcomes, oversee strategy, operations, finance, and HR, and serve as primary external ambassador and spokesperson.

Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for a remote membership association. Serve as chief liaison to the Board, manage finances and risk, lead a remote staff, grow and engage membership, oversee events and education programs, cultivate external partnerships and sponsorships, and ensure legal, fiduciary, and operational compliance.
