The Chief Executive Officer will lead Alpha Chi Omega, driving strategic vision, managing operations across multiple entities, enhancing member experience, and overseeing growth and development efforts.

Lead and execute a multi-year fundraising strategy to drive philanthropic growth, including major gifts, corporate partnerships, annual giving, events, stewardship, and a $35M capital campaign. Serve as primary major gifts officer, manage and develop the development team, oversee fundraising operations and Neon CRM, partner with CEO, Board, CFO, and marketing, and steward donors and community partners to expand revenue and donor engagement.

The Chief Executive Officer will guide GCCSA's growth, foster community partnerships, manage financial stability, and provide ethical leadership.
