Oversee accounting operations across hotel, club, restaurant, and event outlets. Manage accounts receivable and payable, billing, collections, reconciliations, general ledger accuracy, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cost controls, audits, and internal compliance. Coordinate with operations and membership teams, resolve billing issues, and support managers with financial procedures.

Leads all hotel rooms operations for a 15-suite luxury property, overseeing front office, concierge, housekeeping, guestroom readiness, public areas, reservations, revenue support, financial controls, staffing, service recovery, and Manager-on-Duty responsibilities. Ensures consistent SOP, checklist, technology, guest-service, safety, and quality execution while coordinating with other departments and developing supervisors and team members.

Lead front-of-house operations for Torno Subito and The Moore, ensuring exceptional guest service, efficient restaurant flow, and high-quality hospitality. Manage, train, and schedule service staff; coordinate with culinary teams; resolve guest concerns; support VIP relationships; oversee beverage inventory and supplier coordination; and maintain service, ambiance, and operational standards in a high-volume upscale dining environment.
