Field-based sales engineer responsible for relationship management and technical consultation with steel mills. Conduct site visits to hot-end environments, identify equipment wear and safety improvements, manage full sales lifecycle with internal fabrication/engineering teams, and monitor market cycles to anticipate capital equipment replacement opportunities.

Serve as primary client contact for commercial lines accounts: handle policy changes, billing inquiries, claims support, issue ID cards and certificates, process endorsements and renewals, and maintain accurate client records.

Manage personal lines insurance accounts including policy issuance, renewals, quoting/marketing to carriers, client service and retention, binding new coverage, and producing documentation and certificates.
