Provide day-to-day servicing for personal lines clients: process endorsements, quotes and re-quotes, handle payments and inbound calls, maintain accounts in Applied Epic, support renewals, improve turnaround, and strengthen client retention.

Lead pre-sales technical engagements: craft solution architectures, deliver demos and POCs, manage technical sales strategy and account planning, drive deal signoff, and provide product feedback to engineering and product management.

Manage commercial insurance claims end-to-end, advocate for clients, coordinate with carriers and internal teams, and drive claim resolution. Manager-level hires will lead a small claims team; strong individual contributors will serve as senior claims specialists in a client-focused agency.
