Manage and service a ~$3M commercial insurance book, handling renewals, certificates of insurance, endorsements, and policy servicing. Serve as client-facing contact, support new and existing business, maintain account documentation and workflow in AMS360, and coordinate with carriers and internal teams.

Manage a portfolio of personal insurance clients handling renewals, endorsements, and policy changes; respond to client inquiries; maintain carrier relationships; identify cross-sell/upsell opportunities; collaborate with producers to ensure excellent customer service and compliance with industry regulations.

Manage electrical infrastructure projects from planning through construction, coordinating with municipalities, landowners, contractors, and field crews. Oversee project execution, ensure engineering specifications and compliance are met, support transmission, distribution, and substation-related work, and perform local site visits as needed. Serve as liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to deliver utility projects on schedule.
