Lead and support restaurant openings, management transitions, training, and operational excellence across Mina Group locations. Coordinate and audit operations, develop training programs and systems, coach managers and staff, manage financial and compliance controls, and travel extensively to ensure consistent execution of Mina Group standards.

Provide fine-dining service during AM shifts, exceed guest expectations, operate POS and Microsoft-based systems, demonstrate extensive food and wine knowledge, communicate clearly, maintain cleanliness and organization, work as part of a team, perform basic math, and stand/walk for extended periods.
