Provides professional security and white-glove customer service for tenants, guests, vendors, and executives at a commercial property. Operates access control, CCTV, alarm, and visitor management systems; conducts patrols; enforces building policies; responds to emergencies; coordinates with emergency services; and prepares incident reports, shift logs, and digital records. Requires schedule flexibility, strong communication, situational awareness, physical stamina, and the ability to work independently or collaboratively.

Serves as the primary on-site contact for residents and prospective residents. Handles applications, leases, move-ins, move-outs, renewals, transfers, rent collections, invoices, and resident concerns. Supports leasing, tours, occupancy, retention, marketing, community outreach, inspections, and customer follow-up. Maintains accurate records in OneSite, answers multi-line phones, coordinates with vendors and staff, and works independently in a fast-paced residential property environment.
