Perform audits and inspections to ensure product quality, analyze return trends and RMAs, create supplier and ISO 9001 reports, test products, investigate defects and implement corrective actions, collaborate with production and engineering to set standards, and train production staff on QC procedures.

Perform hand grinding and sandblasting of metal parts, change grinding belts, maintain grinding machines, move parts between stations, inspect finishes to meet specifications, and assist other departments as needed.
