Manage applicant pipelines for part-time and seasonal after-school and summer camp roles. Screen candidates, run background and reference checks, coordinate interviews with hiring managers, maintain ATS records and reports (Paycom, Ninety, Excel), partner with Marketing and HR, and ensure timely, mission-aligned hiring communications.

Support the Director of Programs in launching and managing Bay Area mentoring programs: implement curriculum, recruit and lead staff, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, manage resources and budgets, build community and church partnerships, and promote organizational vision and team development.

The After School Staff will support youth development by leading enrichment activities for elementary students, fostering their potential and serving families in the community.
