Part-time after-school staff position (2–6pm Mon–Fri) requiring 17.5+ hours/week, half-summer camp commitment, enrollment in at least 12 credit hours, and a minimum 2.7 GPA. Eligible students may receive a full-ride scholarship to The University of Texas at Tyler.

Support planning, coordination, and execution of multi-regional events. Provide administrative and project coordination to the Events Manager, manage timelines, registrations, vendor and volunteer coordination, expense tracking, event documentation, templates, reporting, and onsite logistics. Improve event processes and serve as liaison with regional teams. Travel ~10-15%.

The After School Staff will support youth development by leading enrichment activities for elementary students, fostering their potential and serving families in the community.
