Temporary summer staff lead elementary-aged campers through Bible study, activities, meals, worship, and other daily programs. Responsibilities include mentoring, sharing the Gospel, supporting social-emotional learning, maintaining cabin order, addressing behavioral concerns, and enforcing safety measures. Staff must work Monday through Friday during the summer, model the organization’s faith-based values, and serve as positive role models for children.

Lead and mentor elementary-aged campers through daily Bible studies, activities, meals, worship, and other programming. Maintain engagement, cabin order, safety, and behavior standards; support social-emotional learning and communicate concerns to leadership. Staff must model the organization’s Christian values, work weekdays throughout the summer, obtain CPR/First Aid certification, and provide dependable transportation.

Lead elementary-aged campers through Bible study, activities, meals, worship, and daily events. Serve as a positive role model, support social-emotional learning, maintain cabin order, communicate behavioral concerns, and enforce safety measures preventing abuse and bullying. This is a temporary, summer-only position requiring Monday–Friday availability, a passion for working with children, dependable transportation, and the ability to earn CPR/First Aid certification.
