Manage the full accounts payable function across multiple entities, including invoice intake, coding, approvals, payment runs, vendor onboarding, bank verification, W-9 collection, and 1099 reporting. Hire, train, and supervise 2–3 AP Specialists. Maintain fraud-prevention controls, reconciliations, separation of duties, positive pay, and accurate vendor records while improving procedures and AP automation.

Manages benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, HR compliance, payroll verification, recruiting support, onboarding, and learning and development. Oversees HR systems, investigations, accommodations, leave administration, government correspondence, training programs, and workforce needs across multiple states and locations. The role requires strong knowledge of employment laws, cannabis regulations, HRIS/HCM systems, and multi-site workforce operations.

Lead the company’s legal and compliance function across cannabis regulatory compliance, corporate governance, real estate, transactions, licensing, zoning, government affairs, employment matters, and litigation readiness. Manage internal attorneys, paralegals, and outside counsel while advising executives and clients. Build audit-ready compliance frameworks, oversee regulatory strategy across multiple markets, and negotiate leases and transactions. The role is fully on-site in Edina and requires hands-on legal work, senior leadership, and expertise in complex regulated industries.
