Lead the company’s legal and compliance function across cannabis regulatory compliance, corporate governance, real estate, transactions, licensing, zoning, government affairs, employment matters, and litigation readiness. Manage internal attorneys, paralegals, and outside counsel while advising executives and clients. Build audit-ready compliance frameworks, oversee regulatory strategy across multiple markets, and negotiate leases and transactions. The role is fully on-site in Edina and requires hands-on legal work, senior leadership, and expertise in complex regulated industries.

Senior Minnesota-barred counsel will manage legal operations and compliance, including entity and cannabis license renewals, commercial lease review, regulatory filings, audit-ready records, contracts, corporate documents, insurance tracking, and paralegal mentorship. The role is fully onsite in Edina and requires close collaboration with executives in a fast-moving regulated industry, with daily use of AI legal tools and strong privilege protections.
