Processes payroll and accounts payable, including timecard review, payroll tax filings, invoice verification, check generation, resident EFTs, deposits, petty cash, and Payroll Based Journal submissions. Provides data entry and clerical support while assisting the Financial Services Director with daily department operations in a retirement community.

The Human Resources Director leads community HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, training, engagement, performance coaching, compensation studies, job descriptions, and personnel policies. The role partners with managers and employees to support a positive workplace culture, ensure legal compliance, and improve the employee experience. It requires effective communication, confidentiality, Microsoft Office and applicant tracking system experience, plus successful completion of drug screening and a criminal background check.

Owns financial reporting and compliance deliverables, including monthly CAM reports, board and owner schedules, regulatory filings, medical expense and insurance claim packages, debt covenant calculations, and audit-ready documentation. Performs data validation, variance analysis, exception reporting, reconciliations, and data governance checks while coordinating issue resolution with BI, IT, and process owners. Supports tax compliance and financial due diligence, maintains reporting standards, and drives continuous improvement with minimal supervision.
