Design, build, and maintain secure AWS GovCloud infrastructure and container platforms (EKS/OpenShift). Implement IaC (Ansible, Terraform/CloudFormation), enforce Linux STIGs, support DevSecOps CI/CD, integrate AI/ML platforms, troubleshoot cloud/network/container issues, and mentor junior engineers to support DoD mission capabilities.

Design, test, and validate secure RF and wireless architectures for tactical communications. Integrate multi-domain RF networks (satellite, cellular, tactical radios), ensure interoperability and Mil-Std/DoD standards compliance, implement RF security/encryption and anti-jam/LPI/LPD features, and perform modeling, analysis, and reporting to support mission-level communications resilience.

Lead architecture, design, and implementation of secure, scalable software solutions; ensure requirements traceability, code reviews, and engineering best practices; mentor developers; document architectures, produce estimates and RFP contributions; work with COTS vendors for cybersecurity and support Navy client needs. Must obtain Secret clearance.
