Supports enterprise technology strategy and the CTIO Office by translating priorities into roadmaps, governance, operating rhythms, performance frameworks, and executive recommendations. Leads cross-functional initiatives, manages risks and dependencies, and partners with Procurement and Finance on a 100+ supplier ecosystem. The role also advances AI-enabled ways of working and strengthens technology operating capabilities in a newly independent global company.

Provides global commercial legal support through drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts; conducting legal research; monitoring regulations; managing legal records; supporting governance, compliance, privacy, and confidentiality processes; and improving contract lifecycle management workflows. The role partners with Legal, Procurement, Finance, Digital Marketing, HR, cybersecurity, and privacy stakeholders across jurisdictions while identifying process efficiencies and managing contractual risks.

Manage supply planning, inventory levels, supply risks, shortages, distribution planning, repacking, product transitions, obsolete stock, master data, and supply chain reporting. The role requires cross-functional collaboration with supply, logistics, warehousing, and commercial teams to maintain product availability, service levels, and operational efficiency.
