Leads VDC/BIM implementation across high-rise construction projects, developing standards, managing models, coordinating architects and contractors, resolving design conflicts, conducting quality audits, implementing technology, improving workflows, and mentoring the BIM team.

Supports the marketing team through vendor coordination, invoice and budget tracking, meeting logistics, site visits, sales office operations, marketing materials management, and model-home staging. Maintains vendor records, coordinates deliveries and installations, tracks follow-ups, documents site deficiencies, and ensures presentation spaces are organized and current. The role requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, independent work, and regular travel to presentation centers and events.

Leads the company’s technology strategy, IT infrastructure, business applications, cybersecurity, digital transformation, vendor relationships, budgeting, compliance, disaster recovery, and IT team performance. Partners with executive leadership and business stakeholders to align systems with organizational goals, improve operational efficiency, manage implementations, and support growth across multiple real estate and development divisions.
