Teams at The Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod

Support regional financial and administrative operations for LCMS missions in Africa: assist with budgeting, reporting, financial leadership and training, support-raising, language and missionary training, oversight of local finances, compliance, and coordination with regional and IC teams.

Make daily telephone contact with donors, prospects, congregations and clergy to solicit and acknowledge gifts, answer inquiries, update donor records, log interactions, and escalate issues to supervisory staff.

Provide regional leadership for LCMS mission work in Asia: develop and manage witness and mercy ministries, oversee regional staff and missionaries, ensure theological and financial integrity, build partnerships, manage regional budget, advise Synod leadership, and represent the LCMS in inter-church relations.
