Leads the LCMS Religious Liberty and Civic Life ministry as its primary Washington, D.C. representative. The Executive Director advocates on marriage, sanctity of life, and religious liberty; develops educational and communication resources; builds coalitions with policymakers, faith leaders, media, and advocacy organizations; speaks publicly; supervises staff; and leads fundraising efforts.
