Directs the LCMS video production department, supervises a two-person team and external production talent, and oversees video projects from conception through delivery. Responsibilities include strategic planning, on-location production, digital media archiving, equipment and facility management, budgeting, project scheduling, client consultation, and online video strategy. The role supports news, documentary, promotional, training, missionary, and fundraising content, including national and international assignments.

Manage integrated marketing campaigns and growth initiatives to increase Foundation awareness and attract and retain gift-planning donors. Partner with the Gift Planning team, develop campaign strategies and calendars, support events, administer HubSpot marketing and CRM tools, analyze campaign performance, maintain marketing data, and ensure communications align with brand standards. The role also requires cross-functional coordination, copywriting, proofreading, reporting, and multi-channel marketing execution.

Support the Director in policy, operations, publications, training, and outreach for Ministry to the Armed Forces. Mentor chaplain candidates, coordinate professional development and VA support, manage special projects, represent the Director administratively, and collaborate with LCMS mission teams to advance military ministry.
