Manage and oversee payroll operations for multiple entities (domestic and international), ensure tax and regulatory compliance, maintain payroll accounting and reconciliations, lead payroll staff, manage payroll systems and vendors, support audits and reporting, and collaborate with HR and accounting stakeholders.

Lead and implement strategies to cultivate and secure major transformational gifts, supervise Transformative Giving staff, collaborate with MADV leadership, develop budgets, steward high-capacity donors, recruit and mentor team members, and represent the Synod to internal and external stakeholders to expand mission funding.

Process and organize archival materials for CHI: arrange documents into folders/boxes, enter accurate metadata into ArchivesSpace, photocopy unstable papers, create labels, identify duplicates, and move processed items to permanent locations. Reports to the Archive and Library Manager.
