Supports the Together in Mission program by engaging congregations, securing and stewarding financial commitments, researching potential partners, and strengthening contributor relationships. Provides missionaries with network-building support, constituent reports, progress monitoring, presentation feedback, and career resources. Coordinates with grant-writing staff, represents Mission Advancement internally and externally, and assists with related projects. The role requires occasional travel for training and networking.

Leads missionary support and church-planting initiatives across Latin America. Develops and implements strategic plans, monitors projects, coordinates regional meetings and budgets, and serves as the communication link between regional leadership, missionaries, and church partners. Supervises and mentors deployed staff, supports missionary well-being and logistics, assists with visas and acclimatization, and helps develop indigenous pastors and deaconesses through theological education. Extensive international travel and cross-cultural ministry are required.

Chief Operating Officer leads the Synod’s operational, administrative, financial, legal, compliance, and governance functions. The role advises the Board and President, implements strategy, oversees budgeting, accounting, audit, treasury, risk management, HR, facilities, procurement, and organizational effectiveness, and manages relationships across affiliated entities, universities, seminaries, and districts. The COO supervises executives and staff, serves as Treasurer and compliance officer, manages conventions, and ensures accountable execution aligned with organizational policies and mission.
